What brings you here?
Step 1 of 3Areas of clinical focus
Specialised care, matched to the shape of the problem
Executive burnout & nervous system dysregulation
For the person who is still performing brilliantly and quietly running on empty.
Polyvagal-informed somatic work to bring the system out of chronic mobilisation, paired with schema work on the imposter narrative that keeps the pace punishing. We treat high-functioning anxiety as a physiology problem first and a mindset problem second.
Transparent investment
Medicare & Safety Net calculator
With a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan you can claim Medicare Item 80010 — a $141.85 rebate per session, for up to 10 individual sessions each calendar year. Once your household reaches the Extended Medicare Safety Net threshold, the rebate rises sharply and your gap drops to roughly $28.
We claim your rebate on the spot via HICAPS — it lands back in your nominated account usually the same day. Private health extras cannot be claimed on the same session as a Medicare rebate, but they are a good option once your ten sessions are used.
Your estimate
Out-of-pocket per session
$128.15
Across 6 sessions: $768.90 total out-of-pocket.
Estimates only. Rebate amounts are set by Services Australia and change annually; your GP determines eligibility for a Mental Health Treatment Plan.

What to expect
The first session, mapped
Secure digital intake
A confidential questionnaire arrives on confirmation. Ten minutes, completed before you arrive, so the first session isn't spent on paperwork.
Diagnostic & clinical formulation
A 50-minute session in the Flinders Lane rooms. We map history, patterns and present-day pressure into a formulation you can actually recognise yourself in.
Collaborative treatment plan
A measurable six to twelve session roadmap with agreed outcome measures, reviewed openly rather than continued by default.
Claiming & GP reporting
Medicare claimed on the spot via HICAPS, and structured reporting letters returned to your referring GP at review points.
For referring practitioners
GP & specialist referral hub
We acknowledge every referral within one business day and confirm the allocated clinician directly with your practice. Structured formulation letters are returned at session six and at the conclusion of the treatment episode.
